Into the wild therapy brings therapy, collaboration and community back into nature. Moving away from a clinical setting and into the arms of nature, where the back drop is ever changing just as we are. At into the wild therapy we offer unique workshops facilitated by qualified therapists. Working together in groups to form a collective healing experience.






What We Do
At into the wild therapy our aim is to transmute the traditional norms of 1:1 therapy into an open space. For groups of likeminded people, all with the same goals of healing. Coming together to explore and work on ourselves free from judgement, building community and bringing back togetherness along the way. Into the wild therapy was created to introduce a safe space in nature to escape from the chaos of life and become grounded in just being. Relearning and reconnecting with who we are and the world around us, building trust in the power of vulnerability and creating meaningful connections with yourself and others too.

How It Works

​
At into the wild therapy we work outdoors in a natural and private woodland setting based in Denholme, West Yorkshire. Whilst we love working outdoors, we also hold sections of our workshops in our cozy yet spacious bell tent. From our workshops you can expect a theme of true inner work, bringing in breath work and somatic healing practices to build the mind body connection. All of our workshops and activities are lovingly thought out to suit everyone's needs and abilities.

The focus of our workshops is to intrigue, inspire and transform. By bringing attention back onto ourselves, our thought processes, behaviours and beliefs in order to identify what is no longer serving you. If you feel called to do the inner work, it doesn't have to be done alone. We believe that working together, supporting and challenging each other in a healthy, organic and respectful way promotes collaborative change. Allowing ourselves to be seen not only by others, but by ourselves too.
Through our workshops we expect to bring the mind, body and the spirit together through movement, communication, self-reflection and therapeutic methods in order to bring around positive change in your life. Whether you would like to work on limiting beliefs, self-perception, mindset shifts, holistic healing, healing from childhood trauma or simply make new connections with others who can inspire you, encourage you and support you on your journey of spiritual healing then into the wild therapy is for you.
